Absolutely worst Huntington Bank ever. Rude and disrespectful staff. They refused to help me activate my card and insisted that I use my phone which I don’t know how to. If you can’t help me out please don’t work for a bank if you’re refusing to help me. Do better. Had to drive to Midland to get help Midland was great and professional.
I give this branch a 5 star rating, but the actual bank not so much (which is why I deducted a star). Leah was great in helping us open some new accounts after we grew disgusted with our treatment by a local credit union. The bank apparently has a policy of placing a hold on local check funds far longer than any other institution I've dealt with to date. While the check we wrote cleared our bank on a Monday, by Thursday of the same week Huntington still had our funds placed on hold. I was told this was "policy"... one that t... read more
