Terrible customer service. I injured my hip, and foot so I am not able to get around. Right before my accident I dropped off the papers I told was needed to release the hold on my account. It’s been 1 week, no one has returned my calls, I’ve left voicemails, I’ve talked to workers, and my account is still on hold. To make matters worse, I called customer service, and was told it was nothing they could do, and I should report back to the branch. Like, I wouldn’t be contacting you if the branch was responding .
