Want to give the biggest thank you to the branch manager Fnu for being incredibly helpful with a banking emergency I had. Every other employee said they couldn’t help me and I was starting to panic. Fnu was incredibly reassuring and was able to help within minutes.
I came to deposit two checks One husband paycheck and other is check from our second checking account Usbank. They refused to deposit because I am wife and do not have the right to deposit husband signed check And the other check did not have first name. They ask for driver license and this did not help too . Seems like people, who work in this bank don’t need customers and their money too. Question, why this location still exists?
