More update on 03/21: Frustrated with frequent disconnection of linked online account, we deposited check at the branch last afternoon. However, surprisingly, I got a message saying there's a withdrawal from my account with same account of what I deposited and my balance becomes negative. Thought of the bank or banker might try to steal our money, I called customer service. The most inconsistent bank I’ve ever had. They’re always changing policies and rules almost every other day. I’d rather just keep using my own piggy bank at home . 👎😑
This is a great bank I have zero issues with them they have cute card designs
