I saw a story how this banks corporate office fired a 28 year employee because she took off work to take care of her daughter dying of cancer, this bank fired her 10 days before she died. Corpotate greed of the holding company is disgusting.
Tried to get 2 mortgagees one for my daughter and a refi for my wife and I. The process started good, the when the interest rate started to creep up they became distance. They didn't want to honor the rate. I requested many call back on a phone, no response from 5 separate people. The excuse is we couldn't reach you or the phone was disconnected. Worst experience ever! Stay away From Huntington Bank!
Horrible bank. Rates are way worse than other banks no matter if your credit is amazing. Unable to talk to a real person on the phone. Have a lot of fees. Only dealt with this bank because a dealership got us into a loan with them (and we never used the bank before). Avoid at all cost and go anywhere else.
Staff wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care about solving the problem I had. I will be switching banks soon.
Best bank ever. Very helpful staff and they are top notch. Thank you Huntington staff for all you do.
