Debit card gets locked every time it's used
I walked into the branch and inquired as to where the ATM machine was. The clerk informed me it was across the street. Having never been to this branch before, I asked if it was within walking distance. The gentleman said yes it’s literally just across the street. Customer service is good but closed my account because I put my tax refund in that I got as a cashier check and even though it obviously cleared it put it as a risk and they closed my account
