After our friend went in for $1k-$2k loan they were initially refused and then later offered a $1k loan at over 1000% interest. They told them they would have to pay back over $10k dollars, long story short I loaned them $1.5k interest free over a year ago and almost have 70% of the money back now. Been on the phone a couple times with huntington and had the worse service ever, people on the phone seemed snotty and had attitude, treat you like you're a fool. Was there at around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday. Website said place was open. drive all the way there and nothing or no one there. Very dissatisfied but they don't care so I'm sure there will be no apology or explanation
This has to be the most incompetent bank I have ever been to anywhere. I opened my account and they sent my debit card to the wrong address two times. After that I had the debit card delivered to the bank and went to pick it up. After I received my debit card and tried to use it the PIN number said it was incorrect. When I set up the account we set up the PIN number at that time? I called the bank this morning and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and was put on a call back list and they did not return the request. I’m... read more
Be advised! If you're trying to find the drive thru and ATM for this location of Huntington bank, it's across the road from the bank. Silliest set-up I've ever seen. And no signs at the bank building to let you know that the ATM and drive thru aren't at the bank location.
