I seen the promotion for a $400 sign on bonus. My neighbor also banks through them. I asked her if it was a good bank and with the $400 sign on bonus for incentive I left my former bank and signed up with them. I’ve met every criteria for the sign on bonus But every time I try to collect, there’s always some excuse, Or I need to talk to this person or they’ll talk to that person and prolong it… I still have not received it. January 9, 2025 national day of mourning this establishment flouts federal flag code by not lowering their flag to half staff. Disgraceful.
They do not care about your time or money. I’ll be canceling immediately.
This is the worst bank ever. Customer service sucks and you have to wait forever to get service. Time to switch banks
