Zero customer service. I walked in and none of the four staff members looked up or greeted me. I had to prompt them just to ask who could help me. I would give it a zero if I could!..
Service was good, seemed nice. The 2 stars is because you charged me $10 to cash a check from your bank.... It's your check, from your bank! But you charge me???
Fast, friendly, and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to help me, fixed an issue with my account, and even helped me find ways to save more money. I really appreciate the great customer service and how willing they were to help. Highly recommend!
