Jackie in the drive through is always friendly and so is Chris, although I don’t stop here as often, they always remember me and give me great service
I miss TCF so much. With the exception of Jackie, the staff -and especially the manager- are just terrible. And it is not just this branch. Customer service by phone is awful. I literally have never had worse service than when I called attempting to resolve an issue. The only exception is the foreign processing office in Ohio. Those folks are amazing. Unfortunately, I have to deal with the folks in Mankato.
We sure miss tcf bank have had nothing but problems with huntington bank. 1st off I had my own savings which they continued to screw up with my husband and my joint savings account, then they put my husband's payroll check (which was a substantial amount) into another person's account ( mind you, the account numbers were no where similar) then said they couldn't put it back into our account for 2 days because they had to get ahold of this person and explain it to them...lol....they finally got our account current but low and... read more
