Went there Saturday (11:35) to open an account...teller indicated it took 45 minutes...after I fought traffic to get there in advance of closing. He said I could make an appointment. Opened an account this morning and was less than 15 minutes and we chatted extensively...would have been done in ten if we weren't chatty. Either the teller doesn't understand the business process to open accounts or doesn't want to deal with customers near closing....either way training is recommended.
Sarah was great. This is our bank from now on!
