Sarah was great. This is our bank from now on!
Came into this branch had no problem cashing a large check here previously after I sold one of my vehicles then I come in this time and I have a flight to catch at 12 o’clock and they said that they did not have enough cash in the vault to cash the check so they sent me over to the Rochester location. Then when I walked into the Rochester location, they said I have to have an account to cash the check huge waste of time. Obviously the tellers do not know what is going on… quite annoying
