Ive been banking with this bank for almost 10 years now. Ive never had a bad experience with them. The people who work at this Manistee location have always been very professional and friendly to me. Their customer service is a 10/10!
Think twice before banking here. I’ve got nothing against Huntington in general, but this particular branch is terrible. UPDATE: Coby Lange is great. She’s a financial services banker at this location. Because of Coby, I’m raising my review from one star to two stars. Thank you Coby! The tellers are still terrible, but Coby is great. 2025 UPDATE: things are improving. The new employees are friendly. They took good care of me the last two times I was here.
The ATM is never working or if it is it's not accepting cash. I work the same hours as the bank so I can't come in to deposit money, plus that's a major inconvenience to my day so I shouldn't have to. The past 3 or 4 times I have gone to use the ATM I have been unable to. It is very frustrating.

I'm just trying to figure out why the the two girls working have such a stank attitude what is up with their attitude they get mad just by you walking in the bank!!
