This bank is a scam. They put holds on your account for no reason. This bank is trash.. they dont tell you everything in the fine print. I have to wait a week to get my check. It was deposited early and I gotta wait a week even tho I read the fine print
Their atm literally ate 1700$ of mine. When I drove up to the outside machine it said no withdrawals, I thought cool I just have a deposit. While it was counting my money it took an unusually long time. Then all the sudden it said something along the lines of “we cannot process your transaction at the time please call your bank” then boom screen went away and was giving me back my card. The Drive up atm took $325 from me and wouldn’t give it back and never deposited it into my account. I had to wait at this atm for an Hour just to get someone on the phone to help me. I never received my funds back. I did file a police report and a complaint with the CFPB.
