Forest Lake, MN location ATM is always out of service, and they don't have a ATM inside the entrance way. Then they want to charge you for using another banks ATM, when their's is always out of service.
this place is so shitty, they got my last name wrong on my debt card which i had to wait forever to come into my mail and now i have to go to the bank and ask for them to fix it and wait AGAIN.
I would have given Huntington Bank a rating of 0 if I could have! I'm not even sure where to start with this review since I've had such horrible experiences with Huntington Bank since they took over TCF in Forest Lake. They have caused me so much stress! Horrible service. The staff seriously needs training on what an appointment is and why customers make them. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and was told they had double-booked it. Fine — mistakes happen — so I made another appointment for the following week. But when I returned, they still took a walk-in customer who arrived right before me and said it would only take “10 minutes.” I ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally leaving.
