Rating one star because during my normal visit at this branch ( have been coming here for the past few years) service has always been great and I’m usually in and out with what I need done. However, today there were 2 gentleman one assist drive through and one taking care of the lobby. I waited 15 minutes in line while the teller laughed with the customer he was assisting and being extremely unprofessional cursing in Spanish in the conversation he was having.
