Very disappointed in this location. Not only was thr professionalism inadequate the customer service was even worse. I hate to talk down on a community institution but it should be either closed down or replace with customer oriented employees and not aggressive gaslighters.
WHY THE ATM ALWAYS DOWN WHEN THEY WEATHER IS BAD?!?! I needed an uber to work today because I’m visually impaired and can’t drive. We are about to have a snow storm! But when the weather is fine the atm is fine. Huntington do better!!!!!
So the bank overall may not be my favorite, but I have been meaning to give a shoutout to the staff at this location. I have a commercial account for my business here, and of all the branches I have visited (none of which has poor staff by the way), I found the service here to be exceptional. Everyone was prompt, polite and helpful. Ashley Shaw, who gave me her card (which shows great professionalism) was knowledgeable and took care of me promptly and had really great customer engagement. 0⭐️ opened an account on the 16th of October still NO Debit Card and it’s November 3rd!! Customer service did what they could seeing how the branches at 95th & Ashland as well as 115th & Marshfield wouldn’t accept my card for rush delivery. Let me take my business where it’s appreciated.
