Gossip, stop throwing people under the bus, surprised to see a male branch manager get involved with petty stuff! But he did. When someone shows you who they are the first time believe them.
If negative stars were an option they would get it. My parents sold there house and had the money from that in their account while looking for another house. Finally found a house and the day they tried to close the bank cut a cashiers check with the wrong name on it and when they went back to get it corrected they said they had to hold THIR OWN CASGIERS CHECK for 24 hours. The next day parents went to the lakewood branch to do a wire transfer so they could complete the closing on their new house and the cashier DID NOT FILL... read more
Well, I was told I can no longer be a customer at Huntington Bank ,and I wasn’t given a reason to why and they told me they didn’t even have to give me a reason why ,and they would always giving me terrible customer service, and I’m just completely hurt by the company that I have been a member for over 28 years at that particular location with TCF ,before the company changed over to Huntington Bank,I am just totally saddened by it all with Huntington Bank ,those ladies has truly and very much disappointing me in every sense ... read more
