They don't even want new customers
I received a settlement check for a measley ＄165.61 and was charged a $10 fee on that VERY SMALL amount!!! STUPID HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!🤬
I have always been greeted immediately upon entering and service has been quick and professional. I use a walker and need to leave with cash and they are always discreet which I appreciate because I am at risk going to my car. Julie

absolutely the worst customer service don’t bank here if you are black they do not wish to service you. they called my husbands job to make sure his check wasn’t fraudulent, even when the job verified it was a real check she still was trying to ask her manager what she should do. then asked him to step aside as she prepared the funds into the “lobby” away from the desk. only reason she did this is because he encountered his cousin at the same bank and she thought they were in cahoots. she didn’t ask his cousin to verify the ... read more
