This bank is absolutely horrible, they declined my card at Starbucks at King Soopers when I’m standing there with a load of groceries, about three times a day. I have requested all kinds of reviews to get this resolved, but it doesn’t get resolved. For a while, they sent me a text that would verify transactions, but that stops usually after two or three days and we are back in this loop. They withheld funds and when trying to dispute, they hung up on me. They also made me talk to about 7 different people before they hung up
They don't even want new customers
I received a settlement check for a measley ＄165.61 and was charged a $10 fee on that VERY SMALL amount!!! STUPID HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!🤬
I have always been greeted immediately upon entering and service has been quick and professional. I use a walker and need to leave with cash and they are always discreet which I appreciate because I am at risk going to my car. Julie
