Now I see why the reviews were bad. Went in trying to open an account. A lady said she’ll be right with me so I sat in the waiting area. Waited 30 min while I watched 3 tellers just talking Amongst themselves. Getting coffee from a said customer. After 30 min I still didn’t get any acknowledgment from anyone. They made my decision very easy to not ever walk into a Huntington bank and open an account ever. I say steer clear from this bank seeing how it treats potential new people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wasn’t sure about this branch after reading some reviews, but I’m glad I went! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, everything was smooth and easy. I loved their banking interface and overall experience. A big thank you to Monica - Relationship Banker , for assisting us right away, helping open our joint account, and even making the first check deposit personal and effortless. Definitely 5 stars!
Terrible location for services. The one ATM they offer is usually out of service. Victor, the teller manager has the people skills of an temperamental pre-teen. Hate this place
Shannon is outstanding and willing to help and she went above and beyond with great customer service talent
