I deposited $760. After the weekend the teller says I only deposited $660. The teller took $100 from me and told me it was less. My check was for $840 I cashed it at a currency exchange brought $760 and they're telling me that I didn't. I'll never do banking with this company again. This is the same branch when it was TCF saying I didn't deposit enough money. Looks like tellers have a way of ripping people off legally now. Or just don't take cash deposits here cuz they will make a mistake.
A one star review is being generous. Horrible customer service. Calls to make an appointment go to voice mail and are not returned. Have to go to the bank and wait over an hour for a banker. Bank somewhere other than Huntington.
Now I see why the reviews were bad. Went in trying to open an account. A lady said she’ll be right with me so I sat in the waiting area. Waited 30 min while I watched 3 tellers just talking Amongst themselves. Getting coffee from a said customer. After 30 min I still didn’t get any acknowledgment from anyone. They made my decision very easy to not ever walk into a Huntington bank and open an account ever. I say steer clear from this bank seeing how it treats potential new people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wasn’t sure about this branch after reading some reviews, but I’m glad I went! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, everything was smooth and easy. I loved their banking interface and overall experience. A big thank you to Monica - Relationship Banker , for assisting us right away, helping open our joint account, and even making the first check deposit personal and effortless. Definitely 5 stars!
