I came to this bank to open an account, five employees were sitting there, the manager said that it took 20-30 minutes, and he would not make me an account today, because the time was 4:10, and they refused me!
Jasmin was a MARVELOUS customer service I couldn't of asked for a better person to wait on me.
the lady cashier is rude to us just now
I would give Huntington Bank 5 stars if they took change. Huntington Bank is 1000 times better than TCF Bank, but they really should offer some way of depositing change without having to buy a coin counter and have to putt all of the change in rolls. I just want to deposit my darn change and they won't let me.
