I have been waiting 4 weeks for my insurance company to receive a blank document from huntington. My local branch manager says that she cannot help me, and the branch business client specialist has not returned a any of my calls. I have called the main business help line for Huntington, but they say that they cannot assign anyone else to help me. I am stuck until someone at Huntington decides to send the document.
I came to this bank to open an account, five employees were sitting there, the manager said that it took 20-30 minutes, and he would not make me an account today, because the time was 4:10, and they refused me!
Jasmin was a MARVELOUS customer service I couldn't of asked for a better person to wait on me.
