Unfriendly service and inconvenient not having an ATM inside … I had to go back to my car around to the drive thru to take cash from my other card out and then back to the teller inside to have a that “personal”experience I prefer unfortunately it they weren’t friendly so it was just all around a pretty terrible experience!
If you have a bank account with Huntington, I warn you DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH in Brooklyn Park. I went with my parents to deposit a check that had both my parents' name and mine on it. My parents have an account together with Huntington and I don't, so they said we can't deposit the check even after we all showed our IDs to them and they turn us away. This was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard and experienced. We went to another Huntington Branch and had no problem depositing the check at all.
DO NOT BANK HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. they turned off my card TWICE for paying for Spotify for “fraud” and wouldn’t turn it back on when I called. I ordered a new card 12 DAYS AGO and when I called they said it never shipped and couldn’t do anything. No other bank has ever been this bad. Put your money anywhere else.
