Do not waste your time here. I've called 10+ time to make an appointment and ended up going in to make the appointment. Show up for the appointment early (as my parents taught me to be respectful of people's time) and waited 20 minutes to walk out. Was called about 5 minutes later being told I can go back for help. Sorry, you wasted my time. I have other things that have to be done at specific times and I had to leave for another obligation. Sorry, not going to make myself late because you can't keep your GD schedule.

I’d AVOID this branch at all costs. Went through a teller to make a cash deposit. Just as they were sending me off on my way, my phone rang with a text from Huntington confirming a deposit was made, but NOT for the amount I gave. I logged into my account to confirm, and the amount was less than the cash I gave the teller to deposit. I notified the teller of THEIR mistake. No apology, just an “oh”. You’re handling people’s hard-earned money — these tellers cannot be this careless!

Come in, wait 30 minutes to get to the teller, I ask Teller can I open the Checking Account. The teller told me that I need to make the appointment. Are you serious? They can not open the Checking Account unless you have an appointment. Zero star for this Branch, who ever the manager in this Branch, should relook at there operation.

Unfriendly service and inconvenient not having an ATM inside … I had to go back to my car around to the drive thru to take cash from my other card out and then back to the teller inside to have a that “personal”experience I prefer unfortunately it they weren’t friendly so it was just all around a pretty terrible experience!
