Staff is great here but I’m giving 2 stars due to atms always out of order unable to to receive or withdraw every day it’s something like it’s a major inconvenience
Tamera the Branch Manager is the absolute best!!! She is very professional, knowledgeable and exhibits great leadership concerning her staff. She definitely has earned our business.
My husband came into this branch to pay off a debt. The clerk asked the supervisor for help. I don’t know how they use the payment to cover another account that was already paid off. Now we have to wait for the system to recover payment from the paid off account into the debt. THIS LOCATION IS Not convenient or helpful to customers!
Not enough workers and one of the atm machines keep trying to still my money
Love them! So much better than Chase or BMO!!
