I ordered a deluxe check pkg and never received the checkbook cover, I was told their obligation ended with their placing the order. I was not permitted to dispute the charge. They said I'd get 150$ for moving my direct deposit to them, they lied. They r very rude and dishonest. Put money here only if you don't care if it's stolen. Very sad, the saddest bank I've ever used.
They stole 65.60, promising a checkbook cover. After months of calls and waiting waiting waiting..... Upon final call was told their responsibility ended with placing the order and would not even dispute the charge for me. Very very sad is all I can say.

Only giving a 1 star because it won't allow me to give 0 stars. I am very upset with this bank. I called yesterday and had a dispute on my card, due to being double charged. They got the dispute done and my money back right away!! However, the lady failed to tell me my card would be turned off due to the dispute! I tried using it about 8pm and it declined, okay weird. No biggie, I'll try again in the morning. Tried again this morning, still couldn't use it! Mind you, I don't make a ton of money, and I'm in school right now f... read more
