I’ve had issues with this branch in the past, so I called ahead to confirm they could assist me. I spoke with Matthew S., who was polite and very helpful over the phone. As it turned out, he was also the one who assisted us when we arrived at the bank. He was incredibly kind and genuinely shared in our excitement as we paid off our mortgage in full. He handled everything with confidence and professionalism, which gave us complete peace of mind that everything would go smoothly.

Can you tell your employee that Chinese lady to please delete my license plate kind of confused on why she took a picture after I was already out of the bank then she gets up why she has a customer sitting there to come out and see what’s going on. I guess she was really that concerned or just being a racist cause I’m confused on what the Chinese lady took a picture of my license plate if I was already out of the bank 🤦🏿‍♂️ like the other lady.if you don’t Delete my license plate I will be taking legal action Just complete... read more

Bizarre behavior from unhappy Notary. My wife banks here so I came Into have a document notarized. The older disgruntled lady lectured me on the rules and you could tell the rest of the staff are intimidated by her. Skip the bank. Go with a smaller bank if You want kindness and respect. So strange. I will never give a bank like this my deposits.
