Matthew S. At the 16450 County Rd Maple Grove location was extremely professional and helpful. He helped my husband and I set up a joint bank account, and went out of his way to help us with all the other questions we had regarding other banking matters. I will definitely come back to this location, and he made us feel valued as customers. Impeccable service.
Worse experience I have ever had in a bank. Store manager was unhelpful and clerk was even worse. Will not let dealership use them as a lender again.
