Had fraud charges and they wanted to take the money back out of my account couldn't even help me at the branch wanted proof then couldn't even help with paper work emptied account and will be switching banks they just lost a costumer of over 10 years what a joke
When I signed up, I liked this place. The longer I’ve been here, the more I think I’ll probably be finding another bank to deal with- even if they’re not in town. Dealing with this specific branch has become more of a headache than it seems to be worth..
Only time they are responsive to emails or phone calls is when they are trying to sell you a loan. Total joke of a place.
I am an elderly widow whose accounts got compromised via phone. When I realized that fraud was committed to my accounts I went directly to my bank , Huntington branch in Fowlerville. When I entered the lobby all the tellers were busy. About 2 minutes after I walked in I was asked if I could be helped . I was upset about my situation, but Mary greeted me with a smile and said we will help you through this.
