At about 1:30 pm 4/17/24 Wednesday, the current branch mgr/ the one in the cubicle white tall four-eyed guy with daughters in their 20s, must be fired for the decisions he chose to make, he intentionally gave all of his attention to a young inexperienced yuppie, who apparently was helping him apply for a credit card, he just talked and talked and talked while deliberately wasting my time and I needed to get a simple request done right away, WAITED OVER 45 MINUTES.
