Next time you come to this location. According to the Manager Alex, if there's a line you can just walk up to them tell them what you need. I was waiting in line like you should and then someone just walked up to the rude Manager Alex. Got helped right there and then. He didn't realize that there was a line and a few other people were waiting. Like I mentioned rude Manager Alex just smiled shrugged his arms and walked away. And to make things worse.
