Next time you come to this location. According to the Manager Alex, if there's a line you can just walk up to them tell them what you need. I was waiting in line like you should and then someone just walked up to the rude Manager Alex. Got helped right there and then. Today, I am trying to create a checking account here but they haven’t time for me, she told me I have to come back later. They didn’t provide good Coustomer service like not enough information, not co-operative.
Bad customer services the guy in the front always with attitude I needed some coins and they didn’t have none they need to hire nicer employees
This branch I went to last week was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at one of Huntington banks ever before. So I actually live closer to another branch but they can never seem to help me with my issues sadly. So one day I just decided to stop by this branch and it was a great decision.
