The staff they are very kind very helpful
Branch manager was very rude and had no customer service skills. I felt like I wasn’t listened to; I’ve gotten a better experience from Michael when he helps me with my CDs. It’s unfortunate that her attitude is the example for the branch.
The best service ever especially Manju Kalia, who always goes above and beyond to help with anything I need help with. Thank you Manju.
