this is the worst bank in the United States. The customer service doesn't know any thing about banking. Their knowledge is very poor and today I called about an issue that they did and the manager hung up in my face. She was very rude. She didn't have any knowledge about any banking at all do not go here run I didn't even want to put one star because they suck that bad. Do not go here. I'm warning you. You will be so disappointed.
I won't be banking with this bank based on the useless Employee's working here.
I arrived at the bank around 4:30 PM to open an account, but the young lady told me I needed to have an appointment first. She also mentioned that they don't make appointments after 4 PM. I never knew it took an hour to open an account 🤡Service like this is the reason this bank will never be a top bank in Illinois.
