Great customer service! Very efficient and friendly staff!!
This place is a joke. You walk in to get some assistance. And there's only two people working. I was standing in the lobby, waiting to get assistance so I could get roles to roll up. My change in the cashier was dealing with the person in front of me and when she had a run out to get her phone, she went to the drive through monitor told people that just showed up to please hold, mind you I've been standing in the lobby for 15 minutes. Teller claimed it was against Huntington policy to give a lien release to the seller. Complete lies, went to another branch printed and done in two minutes. She obviously is just too lazy to do anything as she filled her face with Doritos.

If I could give a zero I would,came there to look into status of my deceased sisters account.All I wanted to know was,is there enough money in the account to pursue probate,wouldn't tell me,so I would have to hire a lawyer to do probate.They cost a few thousand,what if I do that and find out there's only a few hundred in her account.
