Would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I came in on a Monday at 3pm to open new accounts and there was only one teller working, she was busy and had a line. Someone came out from an office and looked to be going to help with the line but then did NOT help with the line and instead stood behind the teller and looked at the computer over her shoulder. DO NOT USE THEIR ATM'S AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. Updated: They credited my account about an hour after I posted this. Good job, thank you! Please get different ATM's though. I guess I've been spoiled by FirstBank and Wells Fargo, after 30+ years at both I've NEVER had problems with their ATM's. I've used Huntington's ATM four times and had major problems all four times. Good and friendly service at all times.
I have a startup company and opened a new business account at this branch to take advantage of a promotion by depositing a substantial sum. A few days later, I was asked to provide additional documents and address verification, which I promptly submitted. The banker assured me everything was good. About 3–4 weeks after opening the account, on a Friday evening, I received an email notification that my entire balance was withdrawn.
