Good and friendly service at all times.
I have a startup company and opened a new business account at this branch to take advantage of a promotion by depositing a substantial sum. A few days later, I was asked to provide additional documents and address verification, which I promptly submitted. The banker assured me everything was good. About 3–4 weeks after opening the account, on a Friday evening, I received an email notification that my entire balance was withdrawn. Huntington Bank is absolutely awful! Warning: go find a credit union. This business is the armpit of all banks. I'll be closing all my accounts immediately.
