I’ve always had quick, friendly service here when I’ve needed to go in. They did a great job setting up ten accounts for a few of my kids.
I am out of town and went to pull $20 from an ATM machine and got a fraud alert. I respond to Huntington text message that it was me, got a reply to go ahead and use the ATM. Got declined again and they locked my account. Call them and they can’t verify my information, now my wife has to call or stop in. This is outrageous and I am going to switch banks. In the last six months I have had so many big life changes that had financial issues which needed to be taken care and the staff took good care of me. They assisted me in planning how to get the most out of my money. I am forever grateful. I also appreciate being greeted by name by multiple staff.
