I am out of town and went to pull $20 from an ATM machine and got a fraud alert. I respond to Huntington text message that it was me, got a reply to go ahead and use the ATM. Got declined again and they locked my account. Call them and they can’t verify my information, now my wife has to call or stop in. This is outrageous and I am going to switch banks. In the last six months I have had so many big life changes that had financial issues which needed to be taken care and the staff took good care of me. They assisted me in planning how to get the most out of my money. I am forever grateful. I also appreciate being greeted by name by multiple staff.

I know quite a few people who've had problems with this specific branch location. Avoid if possible.
I would give this bank zero stars if I was able too.. they charge a 10$ fee to cash checks that are from their bank and then the teller refused to cash a check today for no reason I went to another location and had no issue.. as someone that cashed checks there regularly I will not go back to this location and if you value customer service please stay away from this bank.
