Great customer service. Awesome people. And when I go in, I'm always greeted with smiles and positivity.
They have poor customer service there. I lost money to scammer on Zelle. They did nothing. They are not friendly and not helpful. I like Chemical Bank better than Huntington Bank.
We left this bank a few years ago but recently I had to deal with Huntington regarding one of our closed loan accounts and I remember now why we switched banks. After multiple days of dealing with an incredibly rude, unhelpful teller at Court Place, I ended up going to the Benton Harbor branch and my original issue, as was as the new issue the Court Place teller created was resolved in less than a half hour.
