Very helpful and fast
Worst banking experience ever. My parents get a monthly check from disability that the bank neglected to deposit. It was apparently left in the mailbox that they don’t check regularly. Also, they froze my parents whole account because of the Hold time on a large check deposit. My parents rely on this single Huntington checking account to live on, and their whole account was frozen. I’ve spoken to the people at the bank and to customer service and they are all terrible.. I’ll be moving them to Wells Fargo ASAP.

A few weeks ago my daughter was struggling to resolve an issue where her car was repossessed for reasons that weren't clear. Both Huntington Bank and Wells Fargo were involved. We were getting passed around between the two banks and within both banks. It was very frustrating.
