Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
A few weeks ago my daughter was struggling to resolve an issue where her car was repossessed for reasons that weren't clear. Both Huntington Bank and Wells Fargo were involved. We were getting passed around between the two banks and within both banks. It was very frustrating. Yvonne Peleaz Garcia, the Huntington Bank manager at the Lakeville bank, walked us through the process, staying with us, besides her usual work, and standing up for us, when a firm hand was needed. The manager and staff are excellent. They went above and beyond to help me today. Great customer service, I’d highly recommend coming here.
I've had consistently fast and friendly service - much better than the Internet bank I use.
