My elderly 87 year old mom had once banked with Huntington until she moved in with us. She received a letter stating she had to provide proof of payments back to 2024. She was very stressed about it. We went to the Elk River branch and a very nice gentleman named Carter said he would help her. He worked very hard at getting copies made for her! This makes me want to switch over to this bank because he went way over and above what's needed. Too bad this bank wasn't closer to my home
They are always super helpful and fast.
After getting the run around at your Maple Grove branch while trying to close my deceased Mom's accounts & cash some checks - I decided to give this branch a try. The young Lady & young Man that helped me were excellent! Apologize & said everything should have been taken care of because I was on the accounts. Thank You for your help!
