After getting the run around at your Maple Grove branch while trying to close my deceased Mom's accounts & cash some checks - I decided to give this branch a try. The young Lady & young Man that helped me were excellent! Apologize & said everything should have been taken care of because I was on the accounts. Thank You for your help!

I've been coming to this bank for a couple of years now, and I've never had an issue. The employees are always respectful and efficient. Much appreciated!
Usually the employees are nice and welcoming and very helpful but unfortunately I was treated properly by a female employee today just because I asked for a roll of quarters I got attitude and was Belittled .
