This has been my bank for a long, long time. I’m grateful that they keep a brick and mortar building although I do wish they had a little more staff.
I have never had as many issues as I do with them. I've been trying to close an account with Huntington for about a month. No amount of times going in or calling made any difference. I've wasted hours trying to close it. It shouldn't be this difficult. It shouldn't be several phone calls and several visits in.
I had an excellent experience with Branch Manager Johanna Meza. She handled my wire transfer issue with great professionalism and efficiency. Thank you for the help! 🙏🏻
