I'm in so much shock. The ATM maching on SITE at Huntington Highland Park stole $700 from me and did not give it back and did not deposit it. ~I filed a police report, did a dispute with the bank and they literally just ruled AGAINST ME, stating that there is no error. Despite speaking with the vice president who told me they reviewed camera footage and openly admitted they saw a mistake....I'm so upset and sick about this, I've been with this bank for a decade.. I recently had an issue with Huntington Bank flagging a check written to my organization as a duplicate, resulting in non-payment. When I called the provided 800 number, I was directed to another 800 number that then advised me to visit my local branch—over 700 miles away. I went in to close an account. No one was there who could do this. Crazy! It's so basic. They wanted me to make an appointment for the following Monday. I don't them I'd just go to another branch. I shouldn't have to do this, closing an account is so basic. Maybe this is how it is these days since needing to go to a bank is mostly unnecessary these days. But still.

Aside from lack of employees and being on the slow side the bank isnt that bad. The online side is great getting stuff done. Never had a bad experience dealing with the people in person. I do wish they had some of the stuff that tcf had like the coin machine but what can you do.
