Everyone here is eager to help and serve. From Jerid to Lenny to others, i’ve needed last-minute urgent assistance, and they have helped me WITHOUT any complaint and much kindness, even though I walked in one minute before close one time. That is so rare in today’s day and age — genuine “care about you as a person “ customer service. Perhaps Huntington’s processes as a bank may not always be the fastest, or perhaps they are helping someone in front of you… but what if it’s you who need the help?
Great location with helpful staff.
I had a great time working with Jared (Branch Manager). He explained the whole process of getting my business account set up perfectly. He also took the time to tell me about other Huntington programs, but I never felt like I was being upsold or forced into anything. Excellent customer service!
