Bank would not take back my deal with a return on a used car. I called them but they never answer my phone call or return. And I was told they will work it out that I will be refunded. They were quick to do a deal though. But I been scammed out of over 16k. Don't do business with this bank they will take any car or deal and make it happen quick and won't care about who gets screwed. I will be reporting them to the BBB AS WELL.
These people have no idea what they are speaking about! Go anywhere else! They royally screwed me! And I already had issues with fraud. They suggested and guided me further into being open to more confusion and time consuming rigamarow.
The new lady was training had no idea what she was doing i handed her cash she told it will take a few days to appear my account and only take a few seconds and she asked for my ID like I didn't have a bank account with them there and now they canceled out my card and told my card out somewhere and I checked the mail today and all can do is send another card I told I'm not waiting to 3 to five business days for another card because of yall screwed I have things have to do and I can't because I need my card I'm thinking going... read more
Went in today to open an account with someone who is a long standing customer. Was told we needed to schedule an appointment to do this. NEVER in my 53 years have I needed an appointment to open a bank account anywhere. We needed to open it urgently as social security was waiting on an account number,etc to help with benefits as well as we explained that we would not be able to get back here easly due to not driving.
