Atm has been on the fritz lately so I had to use the drive thru tellers - drive thru lanes super narrow curb rashed my cars rims trying to deposit money.
Always treat me with respect and kindness. Good rate on money market account
Customer service 1*. Knowledge 0*. Lazy manager? -10*. Don’t know which institution they got their education from, I would guess a bubble gum machine. I surely didn’t feel like I was in a suburb.
Bank would not take back my deal with a return on a used car. I called them but they never answer my phone call or return. And I was told they will work it out that I will be refunded. They were quick to do a deal though. But I been scammed out of over 16k. Don't do business with this bank they will take any car or deal and make it happen quick and won't care about who gets screwed. I will be reporting them to the BBB AS WELL.
These people have no idea what they are speaking about! Go anywhere else! They royally screwed me! And I already had issues with fraud. They suggested and guided me further into being open to more confusion and time consuming rigamarow.
