The staff was patient with my questions and answered me to the best of their knowledge. They helped me to setup my teenager's first checking account and took me through all steps. Thank you so much.
I deposited 800$ in cash at there atm and they stole the money the machine didn’t give me a receipt I called them and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do I tried to reach out to multiple different numbers and nobody answers or they say there’s nothing they can do because the machines are run by a different company this happened at the Wayland MI Huntington Branch i usually wouldn’t make a review about this but I’m running out of options
I was turned away from the Huntington in Byron Center because a lazy teller didn’t want to put my sack of coins in the coin counter. I called the Wayland location, and they gladly invited me to come in and they would help me. It took me a while to drive and get the coins deposited, but they were very professional about it.
The staff are very kind and customer oriented.
Great staff. The policies at Huntington are horrible compared to Chemical Bank and Byron Bank.
