Huntington bank has gone downhill it's still a pretty good bank but owned by Huntington I thought TCF did a better job they need to upkeeping Huntington Bank better and get better workers
Locked my card on a weekend, no option to talk to anyone until Monday. I went without much needed daily medication for two days. The worst part is Huntington couldn't care less. Last time I had an issue I went into this branch. The guy blamed me for the problem they caused. Zero customer service! Zero accountability! Zero empathy!
Closed an account with them. Still received low balance alert texts for a month. Contacted customer service and walked into location to confirm account closure. They said they would mail me a confirmation. I never received one. Eventually I stopped receiving the texts. Over a year later, I have received an email from them about account terms changing. Once you have an account it is difficult to close it. The last thing I want to do is call the customer service number to confirm closure as I have already done it several times... read more
I walk into the bank to open a business account. There was a couple of customers at the counter at the time. Then it was my turn to be helped by the teller. Informed her was I was looking to do. She goes to talk to this guy sitting at a desk behind the counter. Than comes back and tells me to take a seat as this guy will come to assist me. So I did. I sat there waiting for this guy.
