I visit this Huntington Bank branch located inside the Jewel-Osco on 79th Street in Burbank, Illinois, for its convenient location, but the service consistently falls short. On multiple occasions, I have tried to obtain a cashier's check, only to be told that they do not have them available or cannot issue them.Cashier's checks are a standard, essential banking service. I wish I could give this branch negative stars. The tellers here are so rude and very ignorant. Attitude for no reason at all. I would never attend this location again
If you value good customer service, DO NOT VISIT THIS BRANCH. The tellers here are extremely lazy and incompetent. I’m not sure how this branch is still running with such disgusting employees.
