I went in today to close a checking account due to fraud. The teller told me that I need an appointment and they don't have anything available for that day. I told her that never in my life I needed an appointment to close an account, anywhere. It takes 5 minutes. " Not at this location, because we are too busy " said the teller. I don't have dementia. 2 tellers not able to help me add someone to my account. Went to another and that teller had no problem. The ATM machine is in the dumbest spot.
Unfortunately the ATM at the saline location isn't dispensing the cash that it removes from the account. I called their support line and have been on hold for 35 minutes. I've had to divert 20 people so they don't lose their money too.
They never answer the phone.
