Bank tellers are an amazing, the bank themselves can kick rocks! Huntington is a joke! They like to withhold your money and then lie and tell you that “didn’t receive the funds” I would not recommend Huntington at all! I’ve never experienced such awful behavior from a federal building in my life! What a joke!
Opened a checking,a savings and a business account all in one day,all free no fees no minimum balance required so far the best bank around because everything is free!Also the first 5 or 6 widrawals from foreign ATMs are free no fees at all, not from the ATM and not from the bank! (you get charged but it gets reimbursed right away) Also i used the card from Europe for widrawls,works perfect as well! Has a very nice app and you can use zelle up to 2500$,i have no complains!!
I’ve been a Huntington customer since they bought out TCF, and I recently tried re-opening an account here. What a nightmare. I opened the account on August 10th, only to have it put on a hold two days later for vague “risk” reasons. When the account was initially put on hold on August 12th, I was told in-branch that it would be closed within 5–10 business days and that a check for the balance would be mailed to me. I went in today to close a checking account due to fraud. The teller told me that I need an appointment and they don't have anything available for that day. I told her that never in my life I needed an appointment to close an account, anywhere. It takes 5 minutes. " Not at this location, because we are too busy " said the teller. I don't have dementia. I closed several accounts over the years at this location with a teller. Plus, there was NOBODY in the bank waiting for the 2 tellers. I called both the Ann Arbor and the Chel... read more
