In Colorado Huntington banks are few and far between, so we rely heavily on their ATMs. Tonight, this location's one and only ATM machine is out of service. Since the only other location in Arvada is over 20 miles away, I call customer service to see if they would reimburse me for the ATM fees if I use a non-Huntington ATM, but, OF COURSE, customer service is closed and it is only 6:30PM. I opened an account online and it was approved made a transfer they froze my account now I gotta wait two weeks for a check to come in giving this bank 1 star because management was poor here I will not be using regular banks after this one
Dissatisfied in this location I’ve been with this bank since it was TCF over ten years now . The two employees that were there were not friendly at all especially the lady working in her office with an attitude couldn’t even acknowledge I was there with a whole stank attitude on her face. Went to ask for quarters and they couldn’t give me any. Definitely was judged and I’m sure it was because I’m brown! Worst customer service ever at this location!!! Wish I could report them to corporate
If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD...WORST customer service from a bank that I've ever seen. Had to shut my car off in the drive thru (and was late for work) because (apparently) the ability to multitask elludes the ONLY employee in the building besides a security guard who just sits there. COMPLETELY useless!
You should definitely choose chase or Bank of America. Been a customer for 20 years and it doesn’t matter to them. I might as well move all of my banking then.
