I stopped to use the ATM but ran inside to use the bathroom and the teller tells me no they don't offer "public" bathrooms anymore even for Huntington customers. There are no signs saying that anywhere and why refuse the bathroom to a banking customer of yours. I doubt the restroom is just for the 3 employees all day long so I believe she was lying to me. I like this Bank and have never had an issue with them but this is not a way to conduct business.
Andrew the teller was great! He was great, personable, and made sure all my questions were answered. He took the time to call 800 numbers for me and anyone who does that for me so I don’t have to deserves 5 stars, hell i’d give him 7/5 stars if I could! I’ll stop by after my New Zealand trip and hyu brother!
Everyone was very nice, Alec was extremely helpful banker. 5 start service.
Essentially shut down my bank account waiting 3 weeks for a replacement debit card and all the teller was concerned with was what other banking institutions I have accounts.
I have been a customer for years now. Whenever I go to this branch I am completely impressed by the outstanding customer service! Alec Dorste is very friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Thank you , and Keep up the great work Alec!
