This place is all locked down like Fort Knox. It’s not welcoming and the Branch Manager, Will Schepers-Gomes, was extremely rude. If you absolutely have to bank with Huntington, I strongly recommend a different branch. I was very disappointed. I closed the account!
I stopped to use the ATM but ran inside to use the bathroom and the teller tells me no they don't offer "public" bathrooms anymore even for Huntington customers. There are no signs saying that anywhere and why refuse the bathroom to a banking customer of yours. I doubt the restroom is just for the 3 employees all day long so I believe she was lying to me. I like this Bank and have never had an issue with them but this is not a way to conduct business.
Andrew the teller was great! He was great, personable, and made sure all my questions were answered. He took the time to call 800 numbers for me and anyone who does that for me so I don’t have to deserves 5 stars, hell i’d give him 7/5 stars if I could! I’ll stop by after my New Zealand trip and hyu brother!
Everyone was very nice, Alec was extremely helpful banker. 5 start service.
