ERIKA G GARCIA. The bank manager is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to do her job. I spoke to her in person and from the very beginning she had the biggest attitude. Told me I won’t be able to get my promotion and didn’t go out of her way as a manager should to try filing a case or anything. I was being polite the whole time until I couldn’t handle the disrespect she was giving me. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about, there is a cash deposit on the ATM, and there is not a $35 dollar fee for non Huntington ATM. I do have an issue with holding checks 4 or 5 business days on mobile deposits, that's ridiculous, but Capital One does the same. This branch is ok, I've always gotten good service, and the workers don't set the policies.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Unfortunately my mom still had an account here and I went twice to make an international wire transfer and still have not been able to complete it. First, I went on Saturday and was told there is no one to sign off on the transfer. Then I went on Monday at 4:40 PM. It took the clerk 20 minutes to figure out the transfer and by 4:58 when she was ready to submit it, it wasn’t going through.
