I opened an account at Huntington about 2 weeks ago. While I was waiting for my debit card in the mail, I was using the card online. Well for some reason the bank thought my online banking account was compromised and locked it. I called customer service and they said I needed to go to a branch to get it fixed. I went into the Huntington Bank inside of Jewel. There was no one in front of me so I was able to talk to someone right away. Was disrespected by the manager and treated terrible . This Elk Grove Village branch has a huge turnover problem of employees. They train staff and within weeks or months they quit. I believe it’s all connected to the manager . All the manager cares about is upselling you on the newest promotion. Beware of her fake methods .
