My first time doing coin rolls, clerk got an attitude because I didn't fill them correctly and kept angrily telling me she won't take them, I didn't force her to all I asked for was advice on how to do it right, her personal problems should not be part of the customer experience, please do weakly psyche evals on your staff or stress test when clocking in.
This Bank is in my opinion top rated.Arlene the manager is super nice and very good at her job.I have never had an issue.Service is awesome and super fast.All the staff are excellent.
Terrible service, uncaring staff. The teller who claimed to be a notary couldn’t even find her stamp. She suggested I go somewhere else…I will, for sure.
There isn't a day that the ATM works in this location.
