I renewed a CD of mine and the employee did something completely different than what I did before. I didn't know until I found out by looking at my account online. When I called for them to fix it, they couldn't do anything until the CD matures.
They have always been kind and personable. Some even remember my name. Great bank.
Worst experience with a bank . Branch locations are closed without notice . This is an ATM location , not an actual branch
