Been trying to get a loan through this bank for the last 4 months.. and let me tell you if youre trying to get a small loan to open a buisness just do it elsewhere. They have been the most scattered, idiotic people Ive ever dealt with. Everytime I try to get answers I get nothing in return. Im beyond disappointed. Shocked this place is even a bank at this point.. Im about to just withdraw everything from this place and close all my accounts. Absolutely ridiculous.
The Branch manager Great customer service and handle business professionally
I remember when it was TCF Bank. It ran a lot smoother, it wasn't very infuriating (their hours were their hours, and they stuck to them. No guessing if the inside is actually open or not), AND it had a machine that counted your coins, that gave you a paper you could turn in, to get cash. That machine NEVER should've left. Next time I have a bunch of coins sitting around, I'll bag them up and bring them in for counting. If they refuse to, I'm editing this review. I tried to open a business account for my LLC . I brought the doc they requested. One from the primary and one from the secondary list. The clerk who helped me had no name tag. She insisted I needed one more doc. I had to explain to her the nature of each doc. She showed me a list on the screen that was not for an LLC. I am not sure if she thought I could not see her screen, I told her that the list she was showing and reading aloud was for an association, not an LLC. She agreed.
