Always kind.
One bad experience with this place after another!! Also, the ATM is ALWAYS down and they took the other one out of the lobby. You have to go through a whole process and basically sign away your first born child in order to withdraw my own money and fill out paperwork in order to do so. Deposited money not too long ago and got screwed because they said I sent in $100 less than what I actually sent in. Poor service, I went to Huntington to pay and was given the worst time, gave $500 cash and was going to do a debit withdrawal as I do every month and they put it all thru after making me give them 3 forms of id, it's 6 degrees right now and I had 2 go to car 3 times, I do debit because it comes out automatically and I don't have to wait for balance, anyway they finally got everything done and then she says oh your driver's license is expired 2 days which was on my list to do today and they cancelled my debit transaction so c... read more
No longer has two ATMS. The only ATM they have now is always down. ALWAYS. Hard to bank somewhere that you can't access your money or deposit money before or after banking hours.
