Horrible, ATM never works and only one teller inside. Worst location
This has been the second ATM I've gone to in less than 4 days that you cannot withdraw any money from you are a ATM how in the hell do you not have money in your ATM makes no damn sense is there a holiday that I missed y'all need to get your stuff together you are a bank a crappy one but still a bank
The teller was very rude. She wasn’t actually doing anything except for talking to a different teller’s customer. If they would’ve been accomplishing a transaction, I’d understand, but they were just talking. They could’ve been helping the other five people in line instead of making everybody wait.
This place does nothing to help loan managers have no idea how their loans work and branch managers seem oblivious. Get told I cant do a deposit because my id come back within 15 mins and before closing hours floor the staff to tell me the system is down and they cant do anything. As they smugly walk in the back. The staff is absolutely garbage and lazy
