This place does nothing to help loan managers have no idea how their loans work and branch managers seem oblivious. Get told I cant do a deposit because my id come back within 15 mins and before closing hours floor the staff to tell me the system is down and they cant do anything. As they smugly walk in the back. The staff is absolutely garbage and lazy
This place sucks 1 hour in the drive threw to cash a $16 check
Dominic provided amazing customer service. I had to ask for a name to give this shout out because they did such a great job helping with a difficult task today. I had an unusual conversion today, and other locations have told me to go to this specific Huntington because it's hard to convert funds from overseas. Very friendly and helpful.
They do the bare minimum. I'm leaving this bank for at least 3 reasons: They don't do remote wires. I nearly lost a mortgage contract because I couldn't initiate a wire unless I was in a physical branch. Then, I had to go to 3 different branches before I could find anyone to help me.
