Dominic provided amazing customer service. I had to ask for a name to give this shout out because they did such a great job helping with a difficult task today. I had an unusual conversion today, and other locations have told me to go to this specific Huntington because it's hard to convert funds from overseas. Very friendly and helpful.
They do the bare minimum. I'm leaving this bank for at least 3 reasons: They don't do remote wires. I nearly lost a mortgage contract because I couldn't initiate a wire unless I was in a physical branch. Then, I had to go to 3 different branches before I could find anyone to help me. Want to connect an account to move your money to a good bank?
