The associate didn't know when is wire time end, I call them and ask if they still do wire pay off and the guy answer and he say yes so I drive 30min to this bank and they said this is end at 3pm.

The employees at this location are not friendly. My son who trying to open a checking he has savings been canceled on twice. So it shouldn't take that long since he already in system.
So unprofessional. Last week I made an appointment with them to open a saving account. Today I went to my appointment and was told that the employee who I had the appointment with is sick and I will have to reschedule. If he is sick then why the bank didn’t call me to let me know so I don’t have to drive all the way to the bank? This bank doesn’t value their customers time and is very unprofessional.
